Who am I

I hold an M.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and have over 20 years of experience in international consulting in various leadership, program, and project management roles. I have led international, cross-organisational business development, mergers, and digital IT transformation programs across different industries. Additionally, I have been responsible for business development and the management of project leaders.

I am a certified ICF Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, which enables me to support your organization and leaders in achieving their goals, challenging, and developing. I have always been interested in understanding what drives an organization, handling resistance and conflicts that inevitably come with changes, and finding pragmatic solutions.

Over the years, I have sought meaningfulness, challenges, and freedom in my work life, which has led me to "shake things up" several times and now run my own business.

I live in Østerbro with my husband, our teenage twin boys, and our 7-year-old daughter.
