I combine sparring and reflection with practical guidance, tools and approaches that can be applied immediately, while helping the Project Manager build the capabilities and confidence needed for long-term success.

I design and facilitate training and workshops for Project Managers, project teams and project sponsors.
Rather than generic project management training, sessions are built around your organisation's real challenges and priorities. This creates a common language, strengthens practical capabilities and makes it easier to apply the learning directly to ongoing projects.
Sessions can range from focused workshops to longer development programmes, depending on your needs.
