Who am I
I am curious about what makes organisations and people succeed, particularly when things are complex and change is difficult.
Throughout more than 20 years in consulting, leadership, transformation and program and project management, I have worked at the intersection of business, technology and people. I have led international and cross-organisational business development, integration and digital transformation initiatives across industries, as well as developed and led Project Managers.
I hold an M.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and am a certified ICF Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. The combination of business and leadership experience with professional coaching allows me to bring both an organisational and human perspective to my work.
What has always interested me most is what makes organisations and people move forward: what creates commitment, what causes resistance and conflict during change, and how complex challenges can be translated into pragmatic solutions that work in real life.
I know the realities of complex organisations from the inside, but I am equally interested in the people who have to make change happen. Whether I am advising on transformation and project delivery, coaching a leader or working with a team, I bring both perspectives into the room.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a need for meaningful work, new challenges and a degree of freedom. That has led me to “shake things up” more than once and, ultimately, to build my own business.
Today, it gives me the opportunity to combine the parts of my professional life I care most about: transformation, execution, leadership and people.
Outside work, I live in Østerbro, Copenhagen with my husband, our teenage twin boys, and our 9-year-old daughter.
