When is Team Coaching relevant?

How?
Pre-framing session - 1 hour: The planning and execution of the team coaching will be based on your challenges and what you wish to obtain, your company culture, current state etc. Interview with the sponsor.
Team coaching program: A team coaching program is typically 2-3 full days sessions over a period of 2-3 months to ensure organisational anchoring and implementation of the changes. A team coaching session is minimum half a day.
Where: The sessions can take place at your office premises or an external venue.
