When is Team Coaching relevant?

Examples of issues I have helped organizations with:

  • When conflicts arise within a department or across departments despite common goals

  • During the kickstart of large, cross-organizational strategy or transformation projects

  • Developing leadership culture from strategic "buzzwords" to concrete operational leadership and behavior

  • During mergers of companies or departments – due diligence and the strategic match are in place, but do you have the employees on board?

How?

  • Pre-framing session - 1 hour: The planning and execution of the team coaching will be based on your challenges and what you wish to obtain, your company culture, current state etc. Interview with the sponsor.

  • Team coaching program: A team coaching program is typically 2-3 full days sessions over a period of 2-3 months to ensure organisational anchoring and implementation of the changes. A team coaching session is minimum half a day.

  • Where: The sessions can take place at your office premises or an external venue.
