    You hire me as an external Project Manager or Program Manager to manage a project or program.

    Typically for a limited period of time or until you have found the right (internal) candidate. I can help you in the process of setting expectations for the role and finding the right candidate.

  • KICK OFF & BACK ON TRACK

    You let me support your own Project Manager in delivery of their business critical project.

    Project Initiation: I work with your Project Manager and key project stakeholders on topics as business drivers, MVP, contract review, vendor management, stakeholder management and project governance to ensure your business-critical project is off to an effective start.

    Project Kick-off: I support your Project Manager in planning and executing the project kick-off.

    Back-on-track Support: Is the project going in the wrong direction? Budget overrun, delays, conflicts or stressed project team? I work with your Project Manager and project team to get a red project back on track.
